Our fees are competitively priced for one reason only! We want as many parents as possible to be able to afford fantastic childcare. So to that end:-
We are open 8am-6pm so our sessions are as follows:
For more information please contact us directly.
We charge a non-refundable fee of £30 to register your child with our setting. A Kingdom Preschool Polo shirt is included in this fee. We have to complete a lot of paperwork during this process. If you are only looking for a Free Early Years Funded Place, we do not charge a registration fee.
We charge a £30 deposit up to 10 hours booked a week, £60 for up to 20 hours per week and £90 for up to 30 hours per week etc.
All fees must be paid monthly in advance. Once your child is booked in for their set hours per month, you must give one month’s notice before leaving/changing your child’s hours, to keep their place. It is very difficult to balance staff ratios which takes carefully advance planning to ensure we keep up with our excellent standards of care. Ad hoc hours can be booked, at a slightly increased price, on the day depending on availability of spaces within our ratios and must be paid for on the day. If you are only looking for a Free Early Years Funded Place, we do not take a deposit, only when you book a fee paying session.
We accept the early years government funding for 2,3 and 4 year olds at our setting. We will require you to fill in your allowance forms each term (handed to you personally), on time to ensure the government pay your child’s fees directly to us, failure to do so may mean we can’t keep your child’s place open.
We only offer refunds on booked places and sessions not used when we have to close and cannot provide you with the childcare you have booked and paid for, for example weather events. The refunds will only apply if the closure falls on a day that you would normally pay for and not a day that has sessions funded by the government allowance.
Registration fees and deposits only apply to Fee paying children, Free Early Years Funded places only, are exempt.
Please note: any transportation used on daily basis within our setting is to provide a comprehensive service of care and is not charged extra for in anyway. Our care costs are the same to each parent that uses our services regardless of needing transportation to and from our setting. This service is provided free of charge by us as a not for profit company, to service our community.
Kent County Council offer every 3 year old a free early education entitlement, the term after their 3rd birthday. This entitlement is 15 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year or 12 hours per week for 48 weeks of the year. Kent County Council set the funding dates and when they can be taken each academic year.
